You can use the camera (baby unit) with only the monitor (parent unit). You do not need a Wi-Fi connection to see the video on the handheld. However, in order to use the ChillaxCare app, you will need to have a private password-protected 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Adding your camera to the ChillaxCare app is very simple: Open the app on your mobile device and go to Devices from the main screen. Towards the upper right corner, click on the + icon. Select your product model and follow the on-screen instructions. From the dashboard in the app, press and hold the camera icon for 3 seconds. The camera icon will change to orange and show a "play recording button" . Once again press on the orange camera icon, which changes to a play recording button. Once you press the orange play recording button, you will be able to view a timer in the top right corner. This will ensure that recording on the live streaming has started.

From the home screen of the app, press the Gallery option. You will be able to view the Favorites list. Press on the favorited recorded video that you want to remove. On the top right-hand corner of the favorited recorded video, you will see a yellow star icon. Press on the yellow star Icon and it will change its color back to black.  

From the home screen of the app, press the Gallery option. You will be able to see the recorded videos.  Press on the video that you want to delete, then below the recorded video, you will see a delete icon. Press on the delete icon and you will receive a confirmation message saying "Do you wish to remove this media permanently" - Select the Yes option. The recorded video will be deleted.

From the home screen of the app, press the Gallery option. You will be able to see your recorded videos. Press on the recorded video you want to save as a favorite, then on the top right-hand corner of the screen you will see a star icon. Press on the star icon and it will change its colour to yellow. Go back to the gallery screen and you will be able to view the Favorites list.

If you are trying to add a Camera that has previously been added to your account or another account, you will first have to re-power the Camera. Switch the parent unit off before connecting the camera to Wi-Fi®. The camera should then become visible during the setup process. 

From the app's main dashboard screen, navigate to the Gallery tab.  From there, you will be able to see all of your saved snapshots, along with the date it was saved and an option to share it with family/friends. 

From the app's dashboard home screen, select the Gallery option. You will be able to view the snapshot pictures (screenshots) that you saved. Below each snapshot (screenshot) is a share icon. Press on the share icon and select the preferred channel from where you want to share the snapshot (screenshot).  

From the streaming screen of the App, press on the "microphone" Icon. The Icon will change to an "X" Icon with an orange color. To switch off the Talkback feature press the "X" icon.

From the app's dashboard, tap "Journals" and you will see "Diapering". You will see 3 Diapering options: Poo, Mixed and Wet. Tap on any of the options and the icon will turn "blue". Scroll down to add any notes. You may also add images by clicking on the camera icon next to the notes space.

To setup the ChillaxCare app, you will first need to download and install the app on your mobile device. ChillaxCare is available on Android & iOS devices: Download ChillaxCare App for Android Download ChillaxCare App for iOS Once you've successfully installed the ChillaxCare app on your device, you will need to create a free account. Sign up for a free account by following the on-screen instructions.  Creating Your Account: You can create an account by entering a valid Email address The Chillax server will generate a 6-digit One Time Pin Code (OTP) You will receive the OTP via E-mail You will then need to enter the OTP code correctly in order to Sign-In Note: *If you enter an invalid OTP code 3 times, the Mobile App will block you from signing in.

From the ChillaxCare app's dashboard, tap on "Journals". Next tap on the "Sleeping" option. Tap on the sleeping option to start/stop the timer. When the timer is on the icon turns "Blue". When the timer is off the icon turns "Grey". As soon as you turn off the Icon, a "Latest Activity" log will be created below the Sleep Icon.

From the live streaming view in the app, press on the camera icon.  A message will pop up saying: "The snapshot saved in the gallery".

From the app's dashboard, press on "Journal". You will see the "Feeding" option.  You will see 4 feeding options - Left Breast, Right Breast, Bottle, and Solid. Click on any one of the feeding options and the timer will start and the timer icon will turn blue.  Tap again to stop the timer. You will be able to see the "latest activities" saved below the 4 feeding options.

On the streaming screen of your App, you will be able to view a "Play" icon. Press the Play icon and it will take you to the Audiobooks screen. On the audiobooks screen, scroll down and you will find "Lullaby".  Select the Lullaby option and you will be able to view the lullaby song list. Press on the play option of the lullaby of your choice to begin playing it via the baby's camera.

From the app's dashboard screen, select the Gallery tab and you will be able to find all of your saved videos.
